Rais' 'rape': Rocky's Bru quizzed by police, others may follow
Blogger Datuk Ahirudin Attan was questioned by police on Thursday over a police report on a blog posting about a maid allegedly raped by Information Minister Rais Yatim in 2007
Ahirudin, better known for his blog Rocky's Bru, said he met two police officers at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur at 4pm to give his recorded statement.
"They wanted clarification on the matter as I had posted related content on my blog earlier. I used the opportunity to correct the perception that I linked a minister in the blog post to be involved in a rape case," the Star quoted him as saying.
"I also told them the name of the minister was only used on my blog when the minister gave a public statement on the matter," he added.
Ahirudin said the two officers were "very professional and polite."
He expected more bloggers to be called to help facilitate the investigation, following police reports lodged by PAS members from Kuala Klawang and Jelebu in Negri Sembilan on Jan 4. Sumber
