DUBAI, 2 FEBRUARY, 2011: Passengers on Malaysia Airlines' code share service to and from Cairo via Egypt Air (MH9148 and MH9149), can opt to change travel dates from now up to June 30, 2011.
In a statement, the airline said all tickets requiring a change of date in the same booking class, must be reissued by Malaysia Airlines' ticket office by Feb 14.
Ticket refunds are subject to terms and conditions of the ticket purchased.
"Passengers are to be informed that Malaysia Airlines' Cairo office is closed until further notice," said the Malaysian national carrier.
During this closure, those residing in Cairo may call Malaysia Airlines' reservations supervisor, Mona Rady, on her mobile phone at 0020101422013, said the statement.
Those in Malaysia may call Malaysia Airlines' 24-hour call center at 1300 88 3000.
