* Koroner juga tolak kematian berpunca daripada homisid. Jika begitu, bagaimana TBH meninggal dunia? Adakah kematian TBH kerana unsur tidak sengaja atau kelalaian mendiang? Namun, Koroner bersetuju bahawa kematian TBH berpunca daripada beberapa kecederaan yang dialami ketika mendiang jatuh dari pejabat SPRM.

Koroner Azmil Muntapha Abas hari ini membuat penghakiman terbuka berhubung inkues Teoh Beng Hock, yang ditemui mati pada 16 Julai 2009.

Beliau memutuskan punca kematian Teoh bukan kerana bunuh diri mahupun dibunuh.

Menurutnya, masih ada isu-isu yang belum diselesaikan pada kes bunuh diri dan menegaskan bahawa untuk menentukannya secara telahan adalah tidak boleh diterima.

Berikutan itu, Azmil memutuskan kematian Teoh bukan kerana bunuh diri.

Azmil berkata, ada bukti yang mencukupi untuk menunjukkan bahawa kecederaan pada leher Teoh berlaku sebelum dia jatuh, tetapi tidak ada bukti untuk mengesahkan bahawa kecederaan itu menyumbang kepada kematiannya....
